POC - James Gary………..The scout troop departs from the church at 0700 and heads directly to Barrancas. Most of the adults driving have access to the base (retired or active duty) so we don’t need to preregistrater.  

It usually takes about an hour and a half to complete the flag placement. Depends on how many volunteers show up.
